The Triple Tap Healing and Better Health Procedure

The “triple tap” is a name given to the process of stimulating three specific tapping points each day.

The points are

  • Near the collarbone where stress accumulates.
  • The thymus point which is on the breastbone, and
  • The spleen points
Working these three points as described (The TripleTap) will activate a sequence of responses that will restore you when tired, increase your vitality and keep your immune system strong amid stress. You will find that, if done consistently, you will see an enormous improvement in your everyday living and effectiveness

Collar Bone Points (K-27’s)
Place your fingers on your collarbone and then slide them inwards towards the center and find the bumps where they stop. Now move your fingertips about an inch under these sticking-out bones and move slightly outwards towards your elbows.
Put two finger tips into each of these collarbone points, one on each side of your body, and firmly thump each point alternately with the fingers of each hand for about 30 seconds.
While you are doing this, take three or four deep breaths, breathing out through pursed lips as if you are blowing out a candle a foot or so in front of you.
Your collar bone tapping points may be sore, and if so, they obviously need a good working out as this is where stress hormones accumulate!

The Thymus Point (Thymus)
Next go to the "Thymus Point" which is on the centre of the breastbone, about two inches down from the v-notch at your collarbone. Thump here for about half a minute using a few fingers, again, breathing in and out slowly.

The Spleen Points (LV14 and Spleen Neurolymphatic Reflex Points)
The next points are underneath the breast tissue, in line with the nipple and beneath the crease under the breast and on top of the rib just below that crease. Since these points are tiny, use the entire side of your hand to gently thump here for 20 to 30 seconds, or use the soft pads of your fingers to massage the area if it's sore.

Thumping on these three areas will change the vibratory energy signature of stress (which is a frequency, like a radio station you can tune into) and will help flush out your lymphatic fluid which drains stress away from the body.

Do the Triple Tap whenever you feel stressed during your day – but particularly it's a great one to do first thing in the morning too! Be sure to drink lots of water when you do these exercises, to help flush toxins out of the body.
