We were actually the first English people to move into Padul and the novelty value we brought to our neighbours must have given them lots to talk about amongst their friends!

But anyone wanting a property around Granada now will no doubt have a totally different experience.

Because there is no set price for a house - you will find the same property for sale at different prices , high and low, by different agents. And it was the high prices that prospective buyers were being told by the "expensive" agents that originally prompted us to be of assistance to those who wanted to rent or buy in our area.

Many spaniards just put a Se Vende (for sale) sign in their window or garden. They are notorious for not wanting to pay commissions to estate agents. And so anyone limiting themselves to only buying or renting from English speaking agents will also be restricting the choice of properties available to them. There is an alternative we offer.
