Whatever You Like To See - We've Got It All Near GranadaThere are so many good things to see near Granada. And so to help you make your choice we've compiled a "top" list for you to consider when you are planning what to do when you are here. 
Of course, there are much more places to see and do than these listed. But we have put together a good selection besides the obvious one of taking trips in Granada..... Although, I must say that amongst the other popular choices of our guests are... .. just sitting and enjoying our gardens... .. or lounging around the pool... .. enjoying Babs' wonderful cooking... .. or being pampered by Dave and his complementary therapies .. The choice is here for the taking. Side Note To help you make your mind up we have provided times for each set of visits. These are the times we would expect someone to take to get from Los Limoneros to their chosen destination. Just click on each link for more information. Up to 10 minutes walk from Los Limoneros Los Limoneros nestles amongst almond groves, olive groves and vineyards on the outskirts of Padul. And, yes, we have our own vineyard. We are next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Head on out the gate and enjoy our stunning locality. 
Less than 15 minutes drive from Los Limoneros See the flamenco cave. Sit by the beautiful reservoir. Travel down the ancient mountain road, or visit the many white villages in the valley of Lecrin (valley of happiness) - each with its own different character. Or simply go for a walk about in Granada (get there by bus, car or taxi) and enjoy the many wondrous places waiting to be found. Under 30 minutes drive Go to the Alpujarras and visit the health spa town of Lanjaron. Drive over to the beautiful pine clad region of the Cumbres Verde - very popular for anyone wanting trips from Granada. Enjoy some local history in the Alhambra, the Sacromonte, the sugar museum or the olive oil museum. Or maybe you would prefer something a little more active like a quad ride, some water sports, a splash in the water park near Granada or even a session or two of ten pin bowling? It's all here and more. Under one hour Where would you like to go.... to the luxuriating hot springs, the beautiful lake Bermajales with its gently sloping shore, the largest underground caves in Europe, skiing or maybe you would like to charter a boat for a few hours... Under One hour and a half Pop over to Guadix near Granada, the town famous for its multitude of cavehouses and its cathedral. Or go to Priego de Cordoba which sits on its escarpment overlooking the rolling olive groves. Or maybe you would prefer La Herradura with its water sports and beautiful nearby marina. 
Less than two and a half hours Cordoba with its catholic church set inside a mosque and Jaén with its many churches, cathedral, museums and rolling olive groves are just two of the many places we've highlighted for you.
