Check out our hire car in Granada to see the two best options available
It's great to have a hire car in Granada - you get to see so much of the real Spain.

The views are totally different no matter which direction you travel in. There is so much to see and so much to do here.

But, to be honest, if you are staying in the city you won't actually need a car (see options below).

Granada city is compact enough to be able to walk from one point of interest to another and, for anyone who doesn't enjoy walking, the taxis are cheap and buses plentiful.

Once you get here and explore the attractions and wonderful views you will soon understand why Granada is so special.

Attractions in Granada city include:-
  • The magnificent Alhambra - it is the most visited monument in Spain.
  • Flamenco. It is known world-wide for the passion it portrays and Granada is where this sensuous dance form originated.
  • Tapas. You get free tapas to eat with your drinks, and
  • Fiestas. They each have their particular attraction - See Semana Santa and a whole year full of festivals to make sure that are things to entrance and amuse each month of the year.
And so if you come to stay in Granada and you have a hire car because you are travelling from one town to another, there are two options to consider..


Option One

Terminate the hire of the car when you arrive in Granada and then rehire another car when you are ready to move on.

The economics of this obviously depends upon your total length of hire and the number of days you are staying in Granada. When working out the pros and cons remember to take parking fees you may need to spend while staying in the city into consideration.

Option Two

Don't just stay in the city. Use your hire car in Granada to go out-and-about to enjoy the various places near and far, but all within easy travel in a car.
