What a resounding Granada nightlife.

I really could boogie it through to the next day ..
.. if only I was a little younger

"This is how to be where it is at."

For anyone who enjoys Granada nightlife there is absolutely no need to go to bed before the next morning!

Whether you just want to go for tapas and entertainment, or you prefer to stay out all night long, this page will help you decide what to do. Where to go.

Many people like to follow the true Granadino tradition of partying through a Granada nightlife and then calling for a hearty portion of churros and chocolate before returning to their home or hotel to go to bed.

And then they do it all again the night after, but at a different venue.

Many bars stay open until after midnight. And from there you can head off to the nightclubs or disco and dance clubs.

Enjoy Some Good Tapas Bars

A traditional night out will begin with a tour of the tapas bars to enjoy a drink and a (free) snack. You will find many tapas bars near Pedro Alarcon and Plaza Nueva. There are also specific tapas tips in Tapas in Granada.

Bars that Stay Open Late

Amongst the recommended "stay open" bars that are well worth visitng are:-
  • Bar Sabanilla, Calle San Sebastián 14, near the south east corner of Plaza Bib Rambla,
  • Bodegas Castañeda (corner of Calle Elvira and Calle Almireceros, at the top of the Gran Vía, and
  • The bar of the Hotel Reina Cristina, Calle Tablas 4 off the Plaza de la Trinidad.

After the tapas and drinks, many people are then raring and ready to go to a club for dancing and socialising in the heart of Granada nightlife.

If you want to throb with the "Granada in-scene" we recommend:-
