The Treatment I Recommend Is An Extremely Effective Constipation Cure

I find that constipation - even severe constipation - is often helped by taking linseed or, as it is known in some parts of the world, flaxseed (in Spain it is known as semillas de lino).
Many clients who have suffered from constipation for years and years with no relief have found that when they take linseed regularly as described below it provides them with the relief they are looking for.

When you take linseed, its high fibre and mucilage content swells when it comes into contact with water - and this, ideally, happens within the intestines. This swelling reaction of the linseed in turn stimulates a contraction of the muscles in the intestines which then stimulates a bowel movement. It is an automatic chain of reactions, and as this process is a natural action/ reaction, using linseed is ideally suited for long-term use as a constipation cure.
